Whilst Bow houses a mixed age group, senior citizens in London travel free on buses, trains and tubes.  It is just 20 minutes from the front door to Victoria or Waterloo stations!  

Free transport is kindly provided by First Church of Christ Scientist, London for those wishing to attend the Sunday and/or Wednesday Services.
