The apartments are self-contained and include their own bathrooms and kitchens. The communal area also includes a self-help laundry. A guest room is provided. There is a central office within the building which deals with administration and is a place where the tenants can receive any assistance they may require.
Payment is convenient by monthly standing order and includes the rent, a service and support charge, the water charge, gas for central heating & hot water. Electricity is metered to each flat. The council tax is billed separately by the Council.
The Lunch Club is open Mondays to Fridays providing hot meals at a subsidised price. Midday they provide an opportunity to enjoy companionship in a caring and supportive community.For those who work they may be taken in the evening for this reason they are ordered on a daily basis and billed monthly.
There is a large car park to the front of the building, which is especially useful as Bow is so close to the heart of London. To the rear, there is a beautiful landscaped garden ideal for entertaining or quiet meditation and prayer.
